Rosalba Contreras, Paralegal

Ms. Contreras is a Harlingen High School Graduate of 1984. She attended Texas State Technical College and Texas South Most College in Brownsville, Texas. She holds a certification in General Office Clerk and Office Occupation.


Ms. Contreras worked for South Texas Immigration Council for over 20 years. In 1996 she obtained her full accreditation from Board of Immigration Appeals. She has 20 years’ experience in Legal Representation before the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and 13 years’ experience before The Executive Office for Immigration Review.


Ms. Contreras was also trained in Immigration Laws, Deportation Hearings Skills, and paralegal training through the National Immigration Paralegal Training sponsored by The Immigrant Legal Resource Center, The Ford Foundation and Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Protection, and The Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc.


Ms. Contreras has been a paralegal at the Law Office of Kyle D. Brown for over two years.
